從微觀驅(qū)油實驗和理論出發(fā),研究系列質(zhì)量濃度的黏彈性聚合物(HPAM)溶液和系列黏度的甘油溶液對簡化收縮流道中的殘余油膜的驅(qū)油效率,分析黏彈性的HPAM溶液和甘油溶液對殘余油膜的作用效果,給出HPAM溶液的彈性與殘余油膜厚度的關(guān)系.研究結(jié)果表明:在相同黏度條件下,HPAM溶液驅(qū)后的殘余油膜厚度比甘油溶液的小,聚合物溶液對油膜的驅(qū)替效率比甘油溶液的大;隨溶液彈性的增強,對油膜的驅(qū)替效率增大,殘余油膜的厚度減少;聚合物溶液的彈性改變了聚合物溶液在孔道中的受力狀態(tài),增加了凸角內(nèi)流體的流速,對油膜的作用增強,增加了攜帶能力,提高了微觀驅(qū)油效率.

Efffect of viscoelastisity of HPAM solution on residual oil film

Based on the micro-oil displacement experiment and theory research,the oil displacement efficiency of polymer solutions and glycerin solution on residual oil film at simplified contraction channels is studied and the mechanism of oil displacement of viscoelastisity of polymer solution on residual oil film is quantitatively analyzed.The results of investigation indicate that the thickness of residual oil film after polymer flooding is smaller than that of glycerin solution in the same viscosity,the oil displacement efficiency of polymer solution on residual oil film is bigger than that of glycerin solution.The oil displacement efficiency increases with the elasticity of polymer solution enhancing on residual oil film,the thickness of residual oil film reduces.
